Too often, we have heard the same old song: "That's just how it is in the film industry." As producers, Astrid Gott Schmidt og Thea Gjelstrup Paulsen have learned that it is their responsibility to create the best possible environment for production, ensuring that everyone on the team thrives. For this workshop, they aim to foster an open dialogue where they can share personal experiences and insights from previous productions. They will provide examples of situations one might encounter and discuss how to proactively address them. The focus will be on creating a safe space for participants to exchange ideas and seek advice as needed. The workshop will also include examples of various socially sustainable initiatives that they have implemented in their past projects, as well as initiatives they wish to work on in the future. These examples may cover topics such as promoting good and safe working conditions, minimizing stress factors, and fostering gender equality.
