The self-taught director and film editor Christian Einshøj premiered his first feature-length documentary, Bjergene, earlier this year, which was in a way a further development of his short film Hjemsøgelsen which won two awards at OFF18.

About SPRING

OFF is developing a new Danish feature film festival – SPRING. The festival is scheduled to have its premiere in the spring of 2025. But already during this year's festival you will be able to get a taste of the upcoming feature film festival, which has its own independent program and can be experienced in Nordisk Films Biografer Odense.

With film critic Ann Lind Andersen as moderator, we focus on five Danish directors' exciting and sometimes challenging journey from creating beloved and award-winning short films to creating films in the long format.

During SPRING23 you can experience five inspiring directors in conversation about one of their short films, which we then watch together. In the evening we lean back and devote ourselves to the feature films, to which the directors will give a personal introduction.
