A story which takes its outset from Sidsel Laugesen's work. Sidsel is a translator of Chinese poetry into Danish. It's a film that looks at an old country, which has seemingly even older approaches to stereotypes when it comes to literature. A connection between Jutland and China and a reverie over the power of words, the beauty of poetry, in spite of it stemming from two completely different countries.
