Mr. Jay manages a parking lot in a city where all nature is forbidden – not even the smallest sprout is allowed. But Mr. Jay loves nature, and one day he discovers a little sprout that has grown up through the asphalt. He hurries home with the little sprout, which grows quickly. But that very night, the city police break into his apartment and destroy the plant. Fortunately, the little sprout is not easy to kill.
